Returns & Exchanges

We want you to celebrate your individuality in our pieces, but if your purchase isn't hitting the right note, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with all Haus of Gaga tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the packing slip inside your return package.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Securely pack your items and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location listed on your return instructions.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
